So weekend past, I fast up myself to try and out do my Super-Female-Extrondare-ity and accomplish way too much in the space of 12 hours. Now when you read the list, yes a list, as I have decided I won't bore you with intricate detail and account of every salty drop of perspiration that dripped from my brow... No!! I'm afraid it's a list you're getting... chronological though... so that may help you to visualise the dramatics of the day!!
Lets begin!
10.15... ooh I'm hungry, let's make pancakes! yum!!
11.00... Let me try on the custom made dress to make sure the amendments I asked for have been done correctly. Try on dress, Major fail!!
11.10... Freak out!!
11.30 ... Get to tailor's for major last minute re-design!
12.30... leave with dress satisfied :)
13.30... realise I'm running late for good friends wedding... and FREAK OUT!!
14.14... make way to Wedding ceremony with sis. Get there **phew!
16.05 ... Take a a couple " I woz 'ere snaps with le bride et le groom! and head off for a looong ass trek to Rickmansworth! Rickmansworth?? I see you squint! Yes there's a place of such name.. and it's bloody far away! Took me ages to get there .. but it was all for a good cause! It's an amazing organisation - http://www.stlukes-hospice.org/ so check em out!!
And then I did a show with the Amazing Krupa!! http://www.facebook.com/krupathesinger yes, another link.. but what if you wanted to know and I hadn't put it up there, you'd be pissed!
I ought to continue this time line of the non bookface kind, but I just can't be bothered! So instead, Here's Krupa, Nilani, Jemma Darkheart and Myself just after we're done and before Nilani's about to go on and awe the crowd!
One last thing though.... here's what happened to me at Rickmansworth station on the way back home...
After waiting 30minutes for a train, metropolitan line at that... the platform attendant comes out her booth and utters the following: "hi everyone.. the next train is in 20minutes. The last train was cancelled, but I couldn't make an announcement... because...... The neighbours complain!!" hahahaha!! But it's not a joke!! That is what she actually said!!
If you don't want noise... then don't move next to an freaking train station Mo'fozzies!! Acting as if you didn't realise the arch you live next to ain't for trains of all types to go over... Stoopid folks, I just can't stand them!!
